I was browsing and came upon this guys website (he is currently running a want ad here, for more breeding females that are ready to go now) and this note on his available page about "Availability" was almost disgusting!
We currently have puppies and a few adults for sale. Email us for current availability. Our puppies are usually solid black, bi-color, black/red, or black sable. We average 100-200 puppies a year.
100-200 PUPPIES A YEAR??? Wow, that surely is breeding for quantity, not quality. Don't get me wrong their kennel set up looks ok, but that average is, well.... nevermind.
Is this normal for a reputable breeder? This sounds more like a Commercial Kennel operation, or a Mill.
Website: http://www.hansk9.com/ and then click the "Available" tab...
Sorry for the post... I just can't believe a responsible breeder would be putting this many puppies out there, especially with the economy going in a downward spiral... and dogs ending up in shelters in mass numbers.

The picture is familiar to me, not sure which stud dog it is though. Anyone else remember?

Also, just wondering, is it normal to have a 'buy now' option on the puppy page? I clicked it and it takes you to a paypal account. Just seemed strange, but again I am new to all this!
