third part:

JUST CONTINUE TO WRITE ON INTERNET AS I ALREADY TOLD YOU EVERYTHING AND I WILL NOT LOOSE MY TIME ON YOU TO ANSWER YOUR E-MAILS.

ON END I SENT 4 PUPPIES TO AMERICA FOR WHAT I DIDN’T GET MONEY (4.000$), PAPERS ARE WITH ME AND THEY WENT TO WELL KNOWN BREEDER AND I NEVER SAY IT TO PUBLIC AS I THINK THAT IS NOT THE WAY TO GET MY MONEY.

 YOU CHOOSE YOUR WAY.

TIME WILL TELL WHO IS WRONG!!!!!

I believe this Diaz person has some unhappy puppy buyers himself, but they aren't running his name thru the mud

by akctrainer on 07 December 2008 - 22:12

My head is spinning.

Is this a case where two puppy mills are fighting it out? All these litters all these breedings.

From one website a large male advertised for sale as a stud dog that produces dogs larger than the standard and is untitled.

It seems he ownes the dogs, they are just having problems getting pregnant. The complainer has 8K invested in two dogs and someone else doing all the footwork to get them pregnant,,,,,whay not just send them to the new owner and let him bred them bred them to his stud?

I'm confused. can someone explain what's going on?

by AKVeronica60 on 07 December 2008 - 23:12

AKC trainer:  A person sometimes wants to import pregnant bitches in to bring new desirable lines into their program by producing a litter and keeping their personal choice of the litter, or at least to bring new lines into the country even if they don't want to keep a pup in the litter themselves.

As for what is going on...we do know that one person has agreed he has the money, and that the other person has sent it.  Reguardless of who is at fault here, or who is the more ethical dog person (don't ask me, I don't know)...but SOMEONE has received over $8000 and has not sent a dog or returned any money.  His old contacts may still send him business...but it's going to be hard to get new business with this mess displayed on the Internet.  Without new business, he will have problems staying in business.

The seller should send the buyer some dogs, or send the buyer his money back...or send some dogs and some money.

The buyer in turn has to give a little...sometimes bitches DON'T get pregnant....and the buyer can't prove it was genuinely a bait and switch.  Maybe it really is bad luck.  I've had bad luck like that...fortunately, a buyer was not involved.

If the seller will offer a workable solution and if the buyer will bend to cooperate, (the solution should not include holding the bitch to get bred, because time is a factor of the distrust at this point) and then the seller makes progress on this ASAP... then things will work out okay.

This doesn't seem complicated to me.    Veronica

Veronica, seller did offer solution. As you can see he is not scamer like Jose write on internet. Its Jose's move.

Ok what happened here happened. Seller and buyer will get the deal i can say now. Please dont write flames about any side here. This will resolve, i can tell that now.

I have had two dogs from the Topolovnicka kennel, both dogs arrived on time and pregnant, both had large litters, both are very high quality dogs and produced high quality puppies, paperwork was OK and Moma was very professional.

There is only one reason to buy a breeding female: you are interested in what her lines may bring to your breeding program, you are interested in her type, you are interested in her contribution to the breed in the US....if she is pregnant, thats an added bonus...if she comes up empty, then you breed her to a suitable male in the US or send her back to europe for breeding later.  Any breeder knows that not every breeding takes every time.  Thats just the way it is.

for Shelley Strohl:

Jose didnt send money to person in Puerto Rico he sent me personally (Moma owner of kennel Topolovnicka)
First you should be ashamed for talking that someone is scamer and that you personally dont know him.
I DIDNT OWE TO ANYONE NOT EVEN 1 DOLLAR NEVER IN ALL WORLD. WHEN YOU SAW DID NAMED FEMALES WERE MATED WITH GERMAN DOGS WHY DIDNT YOU PUBLIC WROTE WHAT DID YOU FIND OUT? ITS IMPORTANT FOR YOU TO TALK SOMEONE'S NAME TROUGH MUD AND THAT MAKES YOU HAPPY BUT IT WAS TO HUMILIATING FOR YOU WRITE PUBLICLY THAT YOU WERE WRONG AND THAT THOSE FEMALES REALLY BRED TO NAMED STUD MALE GERMAN DOGS. YOU CAN FREELY ADV YOUR SELF AND YOUR DOGS BUT DONT TAKE SOMEONE'S NAME TROUGH MUD.

First- I am not dragging any of the parties involved's names through the mud. Perhaps my somewhat strange sense of humor doesn't translate so well.

Second- Although I have recieved e-mail messages explaining Momo's side, and I tend to believe he/she has and is trying to do correct business, I don't know any of these people, even by reputation, certainly not personally, so why on earth would I take sides?

Thirdly- Believe me, when I go to bash somebody, which I rarely do, I don't fool around with jokes.

There are now multiple threads for this same issue. I shall post this message on all three I see right now, and say a little prayer that everyone works out a satisfactory resolution... with no more input from me.

Lastly- Good luck and God bless you all. I think I'll go back to posting recipes. Much safer... ;-)

I wish to God I had never opened this thread, let alone posted anything to it. (20-20 hindsight) if only because I have thusly involved myself in something that is none of my business.
