Hello respectable breeders of GSD
I am sorry on my late answer on all roll-call on my name and i would like to all that are interested in something email me directly.
I don’t want to argue on internet just want to tell true that happened with Jose Diaz and Rick Anton.
Mr.Diaz sent me money for Inda Topolovnicka that was mated and i supposed to sent him pregnant female but she didn’t get pregnant so i offered him 3 options
1. to send him(as gift) 2 puppies from another female
2. to send him(as gift) one another female 8 months old
3. to take care for Inda until next mating and to mate her and than sent her pregnant
He choose to wait for next mating and to send her after that
Later i put add that I am selling another female Quena Topolovnicka. Jose answered that he wants to buy her and asked me if we can count money for her instead of Inda. I told him that we can and he had wish to mate her with Nando in Germany . At that point Rick Anton take his part in negotiations and they said they are together in this.
We dealed that I send female RIGHT AFTER MATING and that I don’t need to wait for pregnancy test.
Quena had all tests needed before mating what my veterinary can confirm.
Quena was mated with Nando on Saturday. I was with my female in Germany and regarding that it was weekend and on Monday it was holyday I only could make reservation for shipping on Thursday and to send her on Wednesday. It was to much for me and my female to spent that much time in my car so I returned home and planed to send her next time I come to Germany .
Nando was very uninterested in female and he barley mate her. His owner told me that he don’t believe it will be puppies.
I thought if I sent them female and she didn’t get pregnant they will not have possibility to do again same mating and no puppies too so I waited half time of pregnancy to do ultra sound to be sure she is pregnant. I could send her after 3 days from mating without pregnancy confirmed but than I doubted that she WASN’T PREGNANT. As Quena didn’t get pregnant and I already has payed mating and on rule owner has right to use it again in NEXT 6 MONTHS WITH SAME FEMALE and it was their mating dog choice I again offered few options to deal with problem

1. To send them another PREGNANCY CONFIRMED female Yackline od Tiganjice that was also mated with famous dog in Germany and they send me 2.000 $ as deposit that they will take Quena after mating with Nando again and in meantime they will get pregnant Yacklin od Tiganjice that should give birth in 3 weeks and on ultra sound there was at least 8 puppies so that can regain their invested money and to earn some so that could pay second half for Yackline
2. To take care and fed Quena until next mating and to train her in meantime for IPO and KKL and it wouldn’t cast them anything
They answered me that Quena don’t interest them any more and to give back their money, I told them that travel and mating with Nando (1750km in one direction) and only mating cost me about 1500EUR and DEAL WAS NOT TO SEND PREGNANT BUT MATED FEMALE I cant give back money as I would loose 1500EUR Than Rick on Monday 1st December sent me email telling me that nothing interest them and to send Quena and forget on negotiation and mating with nando.
Jose in one email told me that he DON’T BELIVE THAT I EVEN TOOK MATED QUNA WITH NANDO.
I have PHOTOES that I sent to him and original SV certificate on mating and all can be confirmed at Nando’s owner and in SV.
On 1st December in evening I travelled to Germany and while I was there Jose told that I don’t have rights to use hid credit card for shipping of Quena from Frankfurt and to send them money only or Yackline instead and if I not they will write things on internet.
Yackline is in meantime sold to Mr Ostojin Darko in kennel Tiganjica. I was with Quena 4 days in Germany and drive her 4.000km in my car because her buyers changed their decision.
I WANT TO ASK SEVERAL QUESTIONS TO ALL HONEST AND CORECT GSD BREEDERS
- DID ANYONE HAPPENED TO MATE YOUR FEMALE AND THAT SHE DIDN’T GET PREGNANT ALTOUGHT YOU DONE EVERYTHING BEFORE AS IT SHOULD?
- IS IT MY FOULT THAT FEMALE WAS MATED AND DIDN’T GET PREGNANT?
- DO YOU THINK I SHOULD SEND QUENA AFTER MATING WHEN I WAS SUSPECTING SHE IS NOT PREGNANT?
- IF I DEALED TO SEND THEM PREGNANT FEMALE I WOULD HAVE OBLIGATION TO RETIRNE THEM MONEY AND IN THIS CASE WHEN WE DEALED TO SEDN MATED FEMALE I THINK ITS CORECT FROM MY SIDE OFFERED THEM TO WAIT FOR NEXT MATING AND TO MATE HER AGAIN WITH NANDO.

I hope that all my SATISFIED BUYERS from all over the world make their posts so that WIDE PUBLIC AND THOSE THAT DON’T KNOW ME get right picture about me and my dog as veal my way of doing business.
I am GSD breeder for 16 years and I sold a lot of dogs through the world and this is the first problem of that kind that I came up.

Do you think that you will solve your problem on this way on internet?
You can now write how much you want and what ever you want and that dont interest me and i will not argue with you in that way. My business will not be in problem as i have my buyers that trust me because by now they bought a lot of dogs from me and they were satisfied. They will buy in future and they email me with their support.
I NEVER STAYED OWEING TO ANYONE and everyone that sent me money for dog he got his dog. As you look on this case from your angle with your interest I look from mine with my interest.
What about I took female in my car and drove her for 4 days on 4.000km to Germany because you told me that you want Quena right away and when I came to Germay you told that she doesn’t interest you and you want your money back.
You must know that we are not kids and play NOW I WANT TO BUY DOG AND NOW I DON’T GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!!!
You bought Quena and she is your!!!

For Inda I really thought she is pregnant as she had bigger stomach but when I took her to vet and do scan she wasn’t pregnant just little fat.
I offered you as a compensation 2 puppies or female 8 month old.
You didn’t want to take that BUT YOU DIDN’T WANT MONEY BACK, you wanted to wait next mating and to mate her with some VA dog witch was better combination.
Than you saw that Quena is for sale and you wanted to use money from Inda and I accepted. You paid for Quena and Inda was reserved for you on your word because she wasn’t paid for you and I kept her for you.
I can sell Inda now as you used money instead of her for Quena.
If it was problem that Inda isn’t pregnant and if you were unhappy with that you should solve that than and not to buy Quena and we deled to send you Quena right after mating and if I sent her to you than now you would have her non pregnant AND IT WILL BE OK FOR YOU,
1.YOU WOULD HAVE FEMALE THAT IS NOT PREGNANT
2.YOU WOULD LOSE MATING WITH VA DOG
3.YOU WOULD PAY SHIPPING FROM FRANKFURT TO AMERICA
4.YOU WOULD FED HER IN NEXT 4-5 MONTHS
I OFFERED TO YOU TO STAY WITH ME UNTIL NEXT MATING I would fed her and keep in meantime I would do for her IPO and KKl and that wouldn’t cost you anything.

Regarding that lady from Danmark said that she waited for Moma on board to take dog and Moma never came i can say that they never had deal like that. I as a translator have all emails sent and in none is date and time when they should met. If that is true ask to post that email here.

What do you think that i told you there is no problem to test her pregnancy if i wanted to fool you?
I WANTED TO BE MAX CORRECT AND HONEST SO YOU COULD BE SATISFIED WITH PREGNANT FEMALE THAT YOU WILL GET.
Did ever happened to you that your female didn’t get pregnant after mating?
ITS SURE HAPPENED TO YOU AS ANY BREEDER DID HAPPENED SOMEONE VERY RARE SOME OFTEN.
Mr Jerome bought from me Yasko’s daughter that was run by car so he asked me to buy from me another female and I sent him her sister that had been pregnant 2 times and next time she didn’t get pregnant. He told me that he mated her with some dog and she didn’t get pregnant again and than on Summer this year he told me that she is in heat, than she was mated with his dog and get pregnant. I told him to take her to vet and test her on bacteria so that cant happen that she fed her puppies with bacteria in her milk and that can kill puppies. He done all that and telling me that she had on 17th July 5 male and 3 female puppies and from then he didn’t contact me. He called me few days ago telling me that she never got pregnant and never gave birth and that he only lied to me. PLEASE TELL ME DO YOU HAVE ANY COMMENT ON THIS? I DON’T HAVE.
Mr Andy from Hawaii bought from me 4 years ago Quantum’s daughter and he was happy with her, this year in February he bought Cimbra von der Piste Trophe and when she was pregnant and I supposed to send her he told me there is some problem with quarantine and to sell her to someone else and that he buys Quen Topolovnicki (Dux’s son) and Karla Topolovnicka (daughter of Vico Farbenspiel) that was pregnant with Kimon Plassenburg. Female gave him 8 or 9 pappies and he was very satisfied with them and I was sure that puppies was extraordinary and now when he sold his puppies he wants me to send him another female if I want further business with him because he is not satisfied with Karla’s rear legs.
Karla has little unsteady cock but she is little better than her father that wins on shows as in Europe so in America and he gives very good progeny so he has a lot of mating. Dog was with owner of Yasko Farbenspiel in America and that is female from two German dogs that will be very good in stud.
WHAT’S YOUR COMMENT ABOUT THIS??? I SHOULD SEND HIM ANOTHER FEMALE TOO???
I don’t have problem with getting my females pregnant as I had in this year 2 litters from quantum, 1 from Arak, 2 litters from Zamp, 5 litters with Kimon and now I have pregnant female with Arak and I sold at least 10 more pregnant females and from so many pregnant females there must be some that didn’t get pregnant.
Man from America bought second female already from me and first was Wilma Hawelkaveg and second is Olivia Armandia Lidderdali and there was no problems.

I didn’t suppose to meet with women from Denmark regarding Hella because we didn’t have deal. She was only asking for info and before she asked for Yackline but she didn’t suits for her as she didn’t have KKl and its not true that she waited for me and that I didn’t show up as that kind of thing NEVER HAPPENED TO APPOINT METING AND NEVER SHOW UP.

I sell my dogs with reference from satisfied buyers and anyone that doubt on quality of my dogs can come to me and see with their eyes.
