he's young and looks a bit weak maybe work him for 6 months to a year to build up his muscle then see where you're at. also more pict would give a better idea of how and who he really is.

He dose look weired to me, but I would ask show line people, they will be able to tell you more, maybe he is just in the weired stage of growing.
