This is a horrible incident. I looked finally at the photos of Nitro , dead in the kennel where these people trusted this man Steve Corley to train their dog.
Reminds me of our other cruelty pictures that Hodie put up from Luvmidog.
I don't know if I could be as calm as these people are. Nitro was a beautiful Rotty.
Someone ought to capture this Steve Corley and put him in the middle of the Desert in New Mexico in a steel locked cage and leave him there till his day expires.

Hi,
I am still in tears having just seen the pictures taken at the Kennel raid, this is an aweful story. Seeing a beautiful boy like Nitro be put through that kind of hell defies even words, poor little souls so dependant, full of love treated in a way only a Demon from Hell could muster. I feel for all of those people who have lost their loved ones and pray this man if you can call him that suffers a life time of pure punishment and torture. A lifetime for each and every Soul he took from this earth in this cruel, damn right evil business of his.
I pray the owners of Devil find their beautiful boy, my prayers are with them and with all those that lost their babies to this Bastard Croley. Rest in peace sweet Souls.

Hopefully the law enforcements that raid this kennel had all their papers in order cause I hate to see this peice of shit get off of the charges. I like to tie this guy up and let some of the dogs that servived chew the crap out of him and if they can't I'd be happy to supply some that will do the job.

Nitro's owner told me the charge involving Nitro was dropped. She didn't say why, but the state Attorney General implied it was Fourth Amendment reasons when I contacted her. I asked her if the reasonable person doctrine didn't apply in Ohio (it applies everywhere). She said Ohio is a home rule state so she can't intervene. (Home rule means that city ordinances trump state law and at this point, in the absence of a corruption charge the AG can't get involved.) The reasonable person doctrine says that if a reasonable person sees a crime in progress and calls police, the police don't need a warrant to go on the property and intervene. Why the prosecutor involved would not argue this, I haven't the foggiest. Judges and proscutors have a great deal of discretion and seem to have used it unwisely in this case if what I've been told so far is all true. In any case, I am not in Ohio. The people who can pursue this are those who were injured by Steve Croley. As a side note: Croley is lucky I am not in Ohio.
