I recently purchased this dog, only to find out there is a problem with his papers. I've paid for the dog and his registration paperwork. I've been told he was sold to Michael and Elizabeth Zeid by his original importer Izzet Gunbil. They are still registered to Mr. Gunbil, but they seem to have dissappeared once in Mr. Zeid's possession. Does anyone out there have any insight on where they may be? Or does anyone out there have any insight into where this nice boy has been for almost 2 years, when he was first imported to the states?  Thanks in advance for any input!

Contact the original importer, if the paperwork is still in their name they can order a duplicate from the dog's registry.

I did, it was Izzed Gunbil in Ca, he won't order another set of replacement SV papers, since he sold the dog to Mike and Elizabeth Zeid of Ks. But  Uran's SV papers are still in Mr. Gunbil's name according to SV. So he won't help, and I can't get the Zeid's to return my calls to check.  Anyone out there know anything at all about where this dog has been the last 2 years, and who has his paperwork???  PLEASE HELP IF YOU DO!

Maybe the Zeid's didn't care about the papers and "filed" them. Was the dog sold as a registered dog with papers? Gunbil shouldn't have the responsability as they have no idea what the agreement was between the Zeid's and yourself. They don't know if there was a reason the Zeid's didn't forward the paperwork.

Unless the Zeid's want to cooperate or you have it in a contract that you will have Registration papers, not sure there is much you can do.

I have all e-mail correspondence between Sarah Fox and myself, all through them it states I'm to recieve his registration papers, my attorney said that e-mail correspondence is as good as a contract, since it's in writing. I also know this is a federal offense of internet fraud, so if I don't get satisfaction in a short time I will proceed with legal action with my attorney. Thanks for your response!
