he is still in the possession of Jörg Niedergassel and Volker Thorn !!!

Do you not think these VA males and other high Quality dogs will improve or breed. But we'd all rather stir SH*T

the only intention of my own post and the post here is to squash those rumours about Odin.
I can not understand why some people have to tell such untruths about our dog...
Accept that he is still in our possession ;-)

I gues you must be mistaken, if not, prove me otherwise. I will leave the text in German, as I know you don't have problems reading/understanding German. Came across these lines and want to share them with you:
Einer mit Zuchtsperre belegten Person wird untersagt, das Züchterrecht für eine belegte Hündin an eine andere Person abzutreten.
Mit dem Eintritt einer Zuchtbuchsperre wird automatisch auch die Sperre eines im Eigentum einer solchen Person stehenden Rüden bzw. Hündin verbunden.
Rüden im Eigentum einer mit Zuchtsperre belegten Person dürfen nicht auf Deckstation weggegeben bzw. auf Deckstation genommen werden.
So I daresay, the Zuchtsperre will indeed have a financial impact on the breeder, one way or the other.

ein Hund kann aber noch rechtzeitig auf den Miteigentümer umgeschrieben werden als Zeichnungsberechtigter. Schau doch einfach in die Decknachrichten. Die Rüden decken weiter! Ich habe jedenfalls meinen Deckschein vom SV bestätigt und notariell beglaubigt zurückbekommen (Decktermin meiner Hündin war der 05. September 2008).
