I have just left Rose in the capable hands of Doreen & Gordon Scott, they will stay with her tonight, Rose and harry have no family at all, and their friends are mainly dog people. Harry and rose will have been married 60 years next March. They were like a pair of bookends.  I will let every one know when and where the funeral is going to be. regards Bill Owen.

We where so sad to hear the sad news that Harry had passed away.  Harry was a real character one of the old school with a great wealth of knowledge, He most certainly knew his German Shepherds and I have never heard him say a bad word about anyone.  He will most certainly be missed  around the show ring.

Ever happy to share his knowledge of the GSD , Harry always had a smile whatever the situation , A great character  who always cheered me up and made me laugh in my younger years !.  My deepest sympathy is with Rose at this very sad time.
