What is of serious concern is the lack of response from any of the British Sieger Working Group. They need to understand that the British Sieger is totally reliant on exhibitors, and the need for it to attract the highest quality of entrants as well as the highest numbers in order to provide interest, enjoyment and meaningful competition for all who attend. Not forgetting that achieved success must be built on and rolled over into future British Siegers.

The British Sieger Working Group appear to lack openess and transparency, they have also failed to carefully examine their own formulated schedule for the British Sieger 2008. It appears the product of a divided committee, made up of people with various agendas and objectives, their produced schedule certainly illustrates at the very least a very disjointed committee. The introduction this year of the Working Class with the VA (GB) titles has certainly exposed the limitations of the current committee, and this needs to be addressed.

All other Sieger Shows around the World are organised by ONE CLUB, we should now accept that THREE organisations, the GSD League, BAGSD and the GSD Breed Council, cannot offer the best committee to organise our British Sieger Event, and we all deserve the very best committee.

Time is running out to avoid a farce in the Working Classes this year, perhaps the best option is to cancel them and get it right for next year. If we can have a British Sieger 2008 at least as good as last year most people will be happy. Last year has certainly set the yardstick.

I hope the administration and organisation of the Progeny Parades and the Kennel Groups is of the highest standard possible, not forgetting the all important high quality public address system for spectator information and enjoyment.

I am receiving reports that a member of the British Sieger Working Group, used their advanced "committee knowledge" of the Working Class requirements of a minimum SchH2/IPO2 for the awarding of a VA (GB) title, and sent their dog to Germany for its SchH2 qualification during the summer. Just the suspicion that this may have taken place is seriously damaging to our British Sieger 2008.

Everyone can see you have an agenda videx,no matter how often you wipe messages off that dont suit you.

your to thick to realise that they will have been seen by some people and word of mouth does the rest.

Why is it that every time a problem arises people have to sink to the depths to reply, comments like the previous thread helps no-one least of all the GSD exhibitors, and if you have comments to make why hide behind some stupid anonymous nickname, cowards all of you ! However, I spoke with Phil Prince tonight, he had a great idea, or I believe it is, why not make the working class for animals with Sch H1 and Koerung and all others go in the Adult class, then maybe the committee can get next year's Sieger organised properly, giving all the information required in plenty of time. I would hope that no committee member is considering entering this show ... and if they have sent their dog for a quick Sch h2 that's all very well but not for competition this year !!

Sorry but I fail to understand how or why putting another title on a dog can be seriously damaging to the British Sieger?

Please explain this logic.

Hopefully people put titles on their dogs to demonstrate their working ability, I know I do.

If you read the schedule it states :-   Adult open class Any dog that does not fill the criteria of the Working class  Will be eligible to enter the Adult class   (No working qualifications will be taken into account, Judges will be instructed accordingly.)

It may have been hard for most people to understand so let me explain as briefly as I can

THE PROBLEMS WITH THE BRITISH SIEGER 2008 ARE ALL TO DO WITH THE "WORKING CLASS" REQUIREMENTS.

THEY ARE  "NOT" IN LINE WITH THE "WUSV" RESOLUTION 2005,

PS. I do NOT respond to anonymous people on this site - most of them are clearly Morons.
