Thanks hodie. Funny - I've been involved in PSA for less than a year and have heard his name NEGATIVELY time and time again. Well, not funny in that I've heard the horror stories of his methods.

I rarely come right out and say something like I did, but if you had seen all the shenanigans that he has been involved with on this database over the years, you would not even think of using this guy and hope someone gets him kicked out of every dog organization there is.

Yes, this person is definitely somone to avoid, and do NOT ever BOARD your dogs at the guys' place! I had 2 dogs brought to me to keep for a 'friend' last year, and they were both hookworm infested. Another dog was confiscated and apparently sold by Helser due to "nonpayment of boarding fees"- without checking with the AKC to confirm that the dog indeed belonged to the person he contracted with in the first place (it didn't). The dog was thus 'lost', and RIGHTFUL owner never got her dog back, although she tried for months-even offered to pay the delinquent boarding bill but he refused payment. If Timothy Helser had any ounce of honor to him, when he was informed of the situation, he would've returned the dog back to the person he rightfully belonged to immediately, then sued the person he had originally contracted with. But instead, he sold the dog (or, gave it away) to someone across state lines, making it next to impossible for the rightful owner to get back her dog. No ethics. No morals.
Just one of many stories about this person.
So, consider yourself warned. You might find yourself without a dog.

Oh-I meant to say, the 2 dogs brought to me had been boarded at Helser's place for months prior to coming to my place. One was a 14 mos old sable female, 25" tall and 47lbs, if that tells you anything (NOT my dog, but I sure felt sorry for it-I'm not a fan of sable). I had a bad feeling about the entire situation, so I took pics of the dog when dropped off at my place:

One need only type MONTGOMERY COUNTY OHIO and then Clerk of Courts. Type his name (TIM HELSER) in Offender search.
84 Criminal Counts & counting.
Criminal Trespass, Impersonating an officer, Animal cruelty, & a whole list of others.
He is a Con & a Fraud.
I recently won a default judgement against him & now am working to have it enforced. The amount $1800 as awarded by the judge to honor our contract. Anyone can PM me for details or to learn more.
Helser has NEVER Titled at PSA, is a joke among the PSA guys I train with. Helser titled one time at SchH 3 on Taz, a dog who had previously titled 100+ times at SchH3 & 80 times IPO 3. Helser Failed the first time with this dog and then got a lowly 240 score the 2nd test, barely passing. He failed & then passed a BH prior to that. Those are his credentials. Run dont walk.
