Looking for info on Bego vom Brigar - Page 1

I am looking for information on Bego vom Brigar.  Has anyone gotten to see this dog first hand ?  I live in the middle of no where in eastern oregon so opportunities are limited to say the least.  On paper and in pictures he looks very nice and is a possible stud candidate for a future breeding.  If anyone has been lucky enough to see this dog what is he like both on and off the field?

Bego is out of my region and I know his owner very well.

Bego is trained and handled by Jens,who is an upcoming young dogtrainer and I think he got an excellent future in the sport.Jens and his brother Lars got the right opinion in training methods,their only problem is that they listen to much to their father.And here we get to Bego.

Bego is an excellent driven dog with the right balance of prey and defence in protection work and a tremendous play and prey drive for obedience.He is clear in the head and sometimes not easy to handle in protection.I have seen him the last time at our FCI regionals.Super obedience!!!!!!!!!!! Protection with an very intense hold and bark excellent grip ,problems with "outs".Very bad training in the out phase.They try to get this very active dog in a "aus Platz" (out-down) position.Of course Bego is "fighting" against this and because of that he got a conflict

All together a great dog .I hope that Jens will find his way with him and won´t listen to his father anymore.He ruined his own dog Apas vom Brigar with the same method in protection.

Thank you!  That is the kind of thing I was looking for.  Now if only we could get our son to listen more......  :)
