I have been trying to ad the sire name on my dogs pedigree with no luck. Can anyone please explain so I can see what I'm doing wrong.Thank you

is it just the sires name you are having problems with? were you able to get the rest of the pedigree in?
You might have the name uncorrect.

Hi. I pull up my dog, Beauty vom Godinghofer and the pedigree comes with the dams info but sire is blank or no info available.I have attempted to enter the sire, Heros vom Holtkamper See but nothing happens.

I have just the same problem. My husband's male Bosko vom Huehnegrab will be forever registered with a KKL2, instead of a KKL1. I had tried dozens of times to change this, to no avail.
What you probably need to do is to reenter your dog in there. Quite a few dogs come up twice with one pedigree incorrect. The owners could not correct the mistake either and just reentered the dog.
For example, see Fedor v.d. Gelingenstrasse.

I am having the same problem! I've tried to update
the mother of my female for 7 days now.
Garrite Von Posejdon-I have her German papers as well as her AKC papers- ALL her littermates are even in the database-Greif-Gina-Gipsy-Grace-Gracy-and Gundi.
I tried re-entering her as a New Register and it gave me the ERROR- stating she was already in the database. I even emailed Oli with no reply.

I wondered also - there are some dogs on the database who have been titled since they were added - how can I add title or hip information?

Hi Molly,
I think you can add information by clicking on ped. update, or submit Körbericht, but you cannot change anything. Example: If you posted a dog with SchH1 and now want to change it into SchH2, it won't let you do that.
Changes need to be approved by the support group or administrator of this site, and it seems that this position is vacant. I never received any answer on my e-mails, and I have written many.

well now I am frustrated - just tried to add one of my dogs to the database, and it says "sorry parents not found" - and I found most dogs on the database - Fado Karthago, Nessel Haus Antverpa - I've checked my spelling, and etc - I've backed up and tried to register the grandparents first, then the parents, before my dog, but no go. how can one enter new dogs on the database? Any tips?

I am having the same problem with posting my dogs pedigree...i finally got the granparent in on the mothers side, but then when i went to add my dog it said sorry parent not found...when just an hour or so i added the the father...
