I am trying to get my dog registered with SV and AKC on my name. I need to get a Bescheiningung. Is Sabine Lieb the right person to contact at the German SV?: akc@schaeferhunde.de
I tried Sabine Lieb at the above e/mail and did not get a reply. Is there anyone else at the German SV I could contact?

Yes, Sabine is the right person to talk to. Currently, the SV is closed until Holy Three King and will reopen on January 7. That is why you have not received a reply.
