I found this information on a site that I get my dogs suppliments from. I use to get them from a different place but get it cheaper now...anyways I read this information on Fats and Fatty Acids in the dogs diet and wanted to share it with you all. Just scroll down the page about 1/4 of the way.

My dogs all, including puppies, receive Wholistic Canine Complete. From the same company, I purchase salmon oil, which everyone gets each day, too. I absolutely love what my dogs look and act like on these products...a change for the best here.

Thanks , that was a good read. Lew Olson has an incredible amount of knowledge and is always willing to help out. I think her site is www.b-naturals.com . I feed the K-9 Showstopper to my dogs. I don't give them quite the recommended dose because I figure they already eat better than me anyway. There coats are soft and shine in the sun. Even Yette who had a crap coat on dog food cuz all she did was itch.

No problem. I found this information very informative and wanted to share it with you all. I tried the Omega Dog camalina oil that they sell and LOVED the results that I got on my dogs. When I ran out I tried Fish oil...although the dogs do good on the fish oil....they did GREAT on the Omega Dog. I am going to get some more when I am out of the fish oil.

I am also thinking of getting some Super Fuel too.
