I am wanting to pursue possibly the purchase of a Black Sable or all Black DDR line or czech line.

Fortunately you came at the right time. DDR and Czech seem to have become "fashionable" if the number of ads are any indication.  LOL

Where do you live?  One breeder to consider is Chip Weiss of Cimmerian German Shepherds in Michigan. 

There's many more, of course.  Alt Ostland kennels is in Texas, I think.  Of course, Eurosport K9 kennel is constantly getting Czech dogs. 

Do your research and take your pick.  Fortunately there are apparently plenty of options now.

It helps to specify a narrower scope of WHICH DDR or Czech lines you'd like, which sex and age, as well as an idea of the type of drive or personality you're looking for.  There are quite a few out there.
