My change of screenname was one that needed explanation. I don't want to appear to conceal the fact that I have been a member on this forum previously.
Doing so requires divulging my gender identity. Otherwise, I'd be putting up with being referred to by female pronouns.
Even those folks on PDB who don't divulge their name, generally divulge their gender, so as not to be called by the wrong pronoun.

Unless it's your father, and your under the age of 18 years old, You don't need
to explain yourself to anyone. Everybody has there own issues to deal with and that is just about a 24 hr
job. They don't need to worry about some one else.

One of the blessings of being trans is, most people who are offended by my "choice", don't want to see me as a person. They tend *not* to dig deeper. :D

Oh I don't think thats it at all.
Most people mind their own business and some would consider it bad manners to even bring it up.
Now if you take those same people and you throw it in their faces you will find an entirely different reaction.

In my vast experience in these matters of what people think , it is your life,
and most people won't give it a great deal of thought. Only a few people are
going to perseverate on your sexual Identity. Try to approach it that way. There are people
that hate me literally because I made some good investments and retired early. Every time they
drive by I see jealousy and hated. It's just par for the course. Moon is right don't assume anything
because than you become the one accusing other of being prejudice.
I want to know more about your dog or dogs, and what kind of training you are putting on them.
