I know United Kennel Club (UKC), Continental Kennel Club (CKC), United Canine Association (UCA), and American Dog Breeders Association (ADBA) all recognize the APBT
Pretty much every breed registration in the U.S except AKC recognizes the breed.
I know this is a subject for another thread

He got caught, he got punished, he served his punishment, and now he's out. If after his probation is over he applies to have a dog, I hope he gets one."
Well, then, I guess you wouldn't have any issue with a convicted child molester babysitting for your kids either; huh? I mean, if he's served his time and whatnot, how is he supposed to prove that he's reformed if all he sees is "vitriol and hatred" every time some kid sits on his lap?

It is in perspective; lack of empathy is lack of empathy.

edit: and since when is a kid not being able to have everything they want "punishment'? All over the world children want things they can't have, often because of various decisions made by their parents. I didn't finish college, instead became a dog trainer, so no, I can't buy my a daughter a sparkly new car when she turns 16 like some the kids at her high school will get. Would you call that "punishent for (her) parents actions" because she can't have what she wants?
