I am quite outspoken when it comes to people bringing their puppies that should still be with their moms, out in public like that.
I even try my hardest to discourage people with long coated breeds (like shih tzus) who come into my salon to wait until their dogs are fully vaccinated before taking them to a grooming salon. I always recommend they find a vet who offers grooming. Some listen, some don't :-(
