The spin of it is you want anyone on your side so you will do or say anything to get a couple people to side with you. How pathetic. And then try and deflect it on to Beetree. Wow again how pathetic. Just like the Windy ordeal you use people to try and make some stupid point. I surely hope Windy sees you for what you really are.

Even the drama police are starting multiple threads but they can call me out for drama but here they are fighting with the queena of drama.

I don't think OLI is deciding anything, I think we've all figured out how to abuse the Report Abuse button.

The General Topics secion was created when a few idiots tried to turn this dog-related forum into a forum for American politics in 2008. In response to that the "General [DOG]Topic" section was created. Even then, the idiots among us tried to continue it as a discussion forum for their politics, until Oli made it clear by systematically deleted each and every political thread, some of them a borning. THAT finally got it through their heads that their political discussions needed to take place elsewhere.
2. All the other breed sections also have a "General Topics," however when clicked, it comes here. Ergo, it is obvious that this section was intended for discussion of all general, non-breed related DOG topics.
However, as any idiot can see from just scrolling down the topics, it is a de facto gsd board anyway. There are relatively few non-breed specific topics and those that are often (usually ?) are health-related topics begun by Hodie. Even the topics related to animal abuse or ridiculously irresponsible deaths are usually gsd-related. So, yes, it is essentially a gsd board, even though called (and intended to be) all-breed. One need only click on the discussion section for some of the other more popular breeds to see that there is very little activity on the other breed discussion boards at all. If it were not for the gsd people posting, there would be nothing in the "General Topics" section at all.
I suggest that everyone take the time to explore the other breed postings on the PDB. You could combine Goldies, Labs, rotties, and dobies and still not come up with anything comparable to the gsd postings on the "General Topics" section. This takes us right back to this being a de facto gsd board, too. Consequently, the chiding of Preston was out of line and ill/misinformed.
