I have a picture on Greta's registration page. Would like to post one here on the message board but I don't know how to do this.  I do realize that the courts will not give me back my dog.  I am almost certain I will get a financial settlement.  I have a law enforcement background so I am well aware of the limitations.  I guess I was hoping if enough pressure was placed on Ms Hiemenz she would see the error of her ways. 

No problem I copied it over so here is a picture of Greta von Fenwald.    Is there anyone near Texas who has some good ideas how to tackle this so Greta can go back home?  if so PM Karama directly.  Its appreciated.  My heart is breaking as I know how awful the Whale is.

I'm not joking, she is a WHALE.  This was the picture taken on Sept 5th 06 at the Illinois kennel, which property she presumable lost in foreclosure.   The sheriff at left was serving her with the replevin papers.  We were after months of dealing with convincing the court in McHenry Cnty, finally allowed to go in and pick up my friends 11 UNPAID FOR dogs.  the Whale surrendered FOUR.   Sabi vom Klebinger Schloss, Dixi aus der Burgenstadt, Brutus vom Venushof, and Falco vom Klebinger Schloss.  

Karama, I would highly recommend you post on austins CRAIGSLIST pets directory at this link and update it regularly.  Warn the folks there and post the links of the other sites she runs.  The more pressure you put on the whale the more chances she will see that you are not going to let up.  This dog needs to go back to you, no and ifs and buts about it.  Austin is not too far from here.  I like it there in winter...

ALSO GO TO THE JUDGE , TAKE YOUR PAPER WORK AND FILE AN INJUNCTION,  SHOW THE JUDGE YOU WERE MAKING PAYMENTS, AND IF ALL IS ON THE UP AND UP ON YOUR PAPERWORK, HE CAN ISSUE A DECREE , IMMEDIATELY TO MAKE HER RETURN THE DOG.....MAKE AS MUCH NOISE AS YOU CAN....

From some research she is doing exactly what she was doing in Illinois.  She has lost some civil cases which she lost due to non payment of contractors she had work on her property in Luling TX.   She just can't change even when she had a chance at a fresh start elsewhere!!!  Unbelievable.    As to her father, I don't know of him or his connections.   She used his cking account when I sold Madonna to her, which was a HUGE MISTAKE.  But Madonna is now in a loving home with which owners I am in contact and I am now doing the support work for which the whale charged $2500.--   Madonna had pyometria and had they not spayed her, which is when the pyometria was discovered, who knows what could have happened to this fabulous dog.   Perhaps of the pyometria she ate those pups?  But she was a fantastic Dam to my Bonita. 

If you are on ripoffreport.com you will see all the false claims she makes against me for selling her a carnivorous dog, ie: Madonna von der Drei Sonnenseen, who ate the litter of pups.  She claimed that Bonita, who was a single pup litter, was out of a larger litter, that Madonna also ate.  I have the XRAY of Madonna with ONE pup in her belly, dated and name of Madonna on it.  

My understanding is that I had to send a certified letter to MS Hiemenz demanding she return Greta.  Ten days later I could go to the JP Court (I guess that is a Civil Court) and file the complaint along with my filing fee.  Then she would have to be served the paper work notifying her of a court date.  This seems to me to be a very lenghty process.  If there is a faster way to do this Texans please advise.  I have all my documentation, copies of cancelled checks, vet bills. even a posting on her web site congratulating my husband and I on our purchase of Greta.  Let me know I will do what ever it takes to get Greta home.

how about a writ of habeas corpus I'm no lawyer but i think that gets things into court like right away 24 hours i believe just to insure she doe not dispose of the dog .google it it should tell you how it would apply.

i'm really sorry this is happening and i'm sorry greta isn't home, i'm sure you are very worried about her.

i have a few questions. something is confusing me - aren't dogs considered property in texas, and if so why wouldn't the cops get  your stolen property back for you?  do you have proof of ownership?  i know nothing about the law beyond theory but it seems like this would be a criminal case; but you said the cops said it was a civil case - so is there some question about the contract between the 2 of you?  is she saying you breeched the contract?  if so you will need to prove you are upholding your end of the contract and she is the one who has breeched it.  i would hope if you are prepared for whatever she might throw at you you could possibly get your dog back quicker. and from this thread it sounds like she might have an advantage not only because she's in posession of greta but with her history  she probably knows her way around a courtroom so you'll need to be prepared.  again i'm sorry for this stress for both you & your husband as well as greta.
