Can you please explain why Randall was suspended?  Victor Mesa

SchHBabe

by SchHBabe on 30 September 2008 - 02:09

From my understanding, Randall was suspended over some silly minor discrepancies over an expense report, a small amount that, at my job would be dismissed as trivial.  I've turned in expense reports >$20,000 for my own biz trips where a few hun would fall out as "round off error."

The bottom line is that I don't think anyone here has all the facts all neat and tidy as they suppose.  From my own personal interactions with Randall, I wouldn't have any hesitation at all to vote for him for Prez.  As to the whole Gary vs Eric fallout, I'm keeping my nose out of that one.  Too many opinions, not enough data!

I think USA is absolutely "salvageable" and much is at stake in the upcoming elections.  I hope that folks will at least consider the outcome of the upcoming elections before throwing in the towel.

 SchBabe:

A few hundred is a round off error? Thats not the mentality I want to see in  a representitve of my best intrest. A representitve of the orginnization would be more accountable with funds as USA isn,t flush with cash that I,m aware of.

Believe none of what you hear and half of what you see!

All of these situations Randall, Gary vs. Eric, etc... It's all internet fodder and people like to make glaring accusations without all the facts. Get a life people!

Frankly most here seem to be missing the point. Mr. Frawley is disgusted and willing to drop his membership after watching the you tube video. In my opinion there is NO way to justify driving over tracks that have been laid at a trial. Put whatever spin on it you want folks a mature adult would not behave in such a way. If Mr. hanrahan was telling the truth he would simply call the authorities and let them handle it. He chose to act crazy and USA seems to support this behavior. I'm not sure I agree with Mr. Frawley's actions. The proper way to handle a situation like this is change from within. USA has chosen to do nothing to Mr. hanrahan. Now the voting members need to respond by voting out the Good Old boys. get delegates to texas and vote for change! Not just for president but the EB.

Mzoine that was a great post. Pretty much sums it up. The only thing that I disagree with you about is that Frawley has every right to end his association with USA if he so chooses, just as you can remain and make change from within. He has been around a long time and seems fed up. So be it.

I am not privy to all of the facts here either, but, if GH acted like an ass he needs to go.

Alaman, I find it funny that you want to stick with the court case being the end all-be all of this discussion. As someone who works in the legal profession, it is common knowledge that a good trial attorney can turn a liar in to a hero and a good person in to a monster. Have you forgotten that O.J. Simpson has been a free man for more than ten years after brutally murdering his ex-wife and Ron Goldman?

Let the votes of the membership speak on this matter.

A few comments relative to the topics here.....

First of all, I do not know either person running for USA president. But I strongly disagree that a "rounding off" error was responsible for the incident with Randall Hoadley for the money allegedly taken from USA for expenses he did not incur. I personally would not vote for either he or the incumbent. If Randall expects anyone's vote who is ethical, then he better clarify the situation at hand and tell us exactly what happened and why. The fact that he is an accountant should mean he is well aware of how to seek reimbursements and understand the ethical principles involved with same. It is unethical to the hilt to bill an organization for expenses one did not incur. It is even more unethical to not pay that money back until the "s%## hit the fan". And it is sad that someone here above would condone it and suggest that it is ok to make a rounding off error to the tune of several hundred dollars and that this is ok and routine. It is not routine or ethical and, In my book, it is fraud.

Secondly, I don't know Gary or Eric or any of these people. However, unless the video was simply a fake, I find it incomprehensible that someone would behave in the way GH behaved. Unfortunately, it is not the first time I have heard about this person and how he vents his anger if he is unhappy. There are a handful of people whose names come up over and over again concerning issues of bad conduct. Nothing is done to remove them from the organization and, at least it seems, just because once in a while some of these people have been top performers, their behavior is excused. While I cannot say whether the club should or should not have been on that field, the fact is that the tracks were laid, and the right thing to have done was simply to call the police and file a complaint with USA over it, rather than act like an ass in front of everyone, including a foreign judge.

The sport is dying. It is dying for a lot of reasons, including not enough helpers. But it is also dying because USA leadership fails to act again and again in cases where people are inappropriate, abuse or neglect animals, or are using USA as a furtherance to their scams. Who in their right mind wants to be associated with this kind of organization with a reputation for people behaving badly? As for Frawley, he is one of the worst offenders when it comes to being rude and will gladly take your money for things he should have paid others for in the first place.

It shouldn't have become a sport to begin with Hodie. But I guess people were trying.Just as in the show. Good God then everyone breeding in which to equivilates(sp) to how many pups per yr and where do the majority end up? My in depth problem with Frawley is in that he is misusing information just for a gain for himself. One of my biggest Bitches is that he promoted the prong collar..Nothing wrong with it if used wiseley.I wonder how many prong collars were sold on his website with no education given.I have pulled imbedded prong collars out of dogs. The gsd is such a mess..It would be wise to just teach.

OGBS, if you knew the facts that Mr Eisenberg admitted to about the whole incident, you would understand. This was not a slick lawyer situation. Just a simple list of about 10 questions to Mr Eisenberg. Like:

Did you say on the internet Mr Hanrahan had been found guilty already by Judge See and the only reason he hadn't been sentenced was you asked Judge See to postphone until after the AWDF trial. Mr. E-yes.    Would you explain to Judge See (the judge hearing the case) when he found him guilty since he has never heard the case or made any decisions concerning it until now. No answer.

Mr E-you say Mr H threatened you and filed these charges because of it    - E-yes he did.   Would you explain where on the film it is? Well he really didn't threaten me, I just felt he might. Even after he left the property  E-shrug

There's a lot of this.. Also probably the reason USA did nothing because they actually had what most here don't have, the true facts. If you want the details or more info, get a copy of the transcript.
