Maggie, lighten up, it was just a joke. Dogs don't talk.
Maggie said "Also, that Pit doesn't "measure up" to Caleb in any way. "

WRONG. You may say "in my opinion, based on looks alone, that Pit doesn't measure up to Caleb in any way." See? We can all compromise, can't we?

Abhay, I just can't get over the expression on Boomer. THAT is the look I fell in love with. Physically, he's outstanding, but that face....! Of course I never end up w/my ideal in looks because I always end up picking dogs for other traits. To be frank, I thought Simon was hands down, the UGLIEST puppy I had ever seen in my entire life. Scrawny, awkward, long muzzle, Scooby Doo ears or maybe Marmaduke....one ugly pup. So ugly he was cute, almost. But his temperament................suberb. Smarter than a dog should be, problem solver, unflappable, determined...everything a good pup should be. I took him to resell him, then had the paperwork issue, and by that time I knew he was never going anywhere. N o one was more shocked than I when he turned out to be not just "ok" looking, but really handsome!

....Same thing w/Caleb. 2 pups w/suitable temperament for what I wanted- came down to a picture. One was really cute- ears up, happy expression, real show-off. The other looked awkward as hell- ears down, big old head, huge awkward club legs, just all around clumsy looking. I of course picked the one I felt sorry for. LOL. He turned out a wee bit better looking than I had anticipated!

Anyway, thanks for the compliments on their condition. I feed Ol Roy as long as it's on sale!

Evo has used my male Mr. 357 for breeding (he's passed away now). Their bitch Miss Superbuck came to my house and stayed with us for a week, in the house as if she were one of ours. Very quiet and mild mannered female.
I also had the honor of meeting Machobuck awhile back, before he passed away.  WHAT an incredible dog! A big knuckleheaded love bug! I wish I had taken pictures, he was a handsome dog.
I will tell you though, that you will be paying a large amount of money for a puppy from them, but their dogs come from excellent pedigrees, not that pit bull/ Staff mix...

Jenni I just LMAO at your post! I did a one-puppy deal for a stud service one time and the bitch had a bigger litter than the bitch's owner had anticipated. He came to my house with THREE puppies! A buckskin female, the white male I requested and a red male. The white male and the buckskin female were very cute... I called the buckskin bitch Madrina, my son named the white male Ghost, and the Marmaduke-looking red one I named Mr. Ugly. My husband kept telling me he was not going to be ugly when he matured, I didn't believe him. He is absolutely GORGEOUS now! Looks just like his sire :-)

Anyways lets play nice folsk, We were doing good this merning,,,

But pit bulls are pit bulls and they are the best dog for hunting. There gain drive is high and there sense of smell is good enough to track a hog. They can hold the pit long enough to were , we can get there to put the pit down. But the PIT  BULL is the number one dog of choice for hog hunting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stacy, lol! I've had great luck w/the ugliest pup in the bunch! Simon's littermates were all precious.

My statement is wrong? What are you referring to?
Duval, If you knew who Vom Ruiz is, you might understand just how moronic your vile and repulsive posts are.

Ok Jenni, not fair asking me to say he's ugly LOL All I will say is that puppy does not look like Simon :-)

I found a puppy picture of my Ugly. He looks so pitiful in this picture too, but you can almost see his soul in his eyes.
Once I get back to Tx I will have him back (one of my friends has him living on his sofa lol) I will get some recent pictures of him soon.  This is his pedigree
