OFA does not reevaluate hips for free. No, you should go to the vet and tell him to redo the hips for free.

Daniela, I didn't say they were rotated outward. The positioning is enough to tell me this vet is inexperienced in doing this type xray and thus, I would not want him/her manipulating my dog's joints. I did not suggest the OP accuse the vet of anything.
