I'm over it now thanks to the advice i got on this forum. I didn't do anything wrong...i knew i didn't do anything wrong just need reinsurance. Actually, I was trying to explain to them that this is what i was told and have research how the collars are used....and they too much didn't want to hear it. I guess every person has their own methods on training.
She wanted to direct me to a different collar to use not prong...lmao
I won't keep boring you guys with this topic....but they made my day last night. I was HOT

RDH, are you NUTS? Take your dog elsewhere to train and socialize with other dogs. Why bring trouble? And that is just what you are asking for by going back there, and especially by taking in your dog. Surely there are other venues you can work in........

Herm Sprenger makes the best collars - I've never had a problem with them. They are made in Germany, and very sturdy. A number of places on the Internet sell them - I get mine from www.rayallen.com
It's a company located in Colorado Springs CO - excellent fast shipping and customer service.
