Will post the certified mail receipt and the envelop front with all the info on it...Now , you have the facts as they are , not made up and assumed. tHE STORY IS MUCH MORE INVOLVED THAN YOU EVEN KNOW AND I WILL NOT POST IT AGAIN...

EVIDENTUALLY YOU CANT READ AND YOU HAVENT PAID ONE ONCE OF ATTENTION TO ALL THE OTHER TWENTY PEOPLE WHO POSTED SAME CIRCUMSTANCES AND THE MANY THREATS GH HAS ISSUED TO INDIVIDUALS .

  I see you were kicked off Leerburg for constantly fighting on behalf of Gary Hanrahan. Why are you so defensive over him? Seems you are on USA GSD, Database, and Leerburg defending Mr. Hanrahan. I have never before witnessed one person fight so much for another person.

                                                                                 The big thing thats getting missed here is USA need for change but change for the sake  of change is a bad thing, USA needs direction it needs a strong positive influence it needs a person who,s core values match the grass roots dues payers folks that train relegiously week in and week out and try to do the best for there dogs and the breed, not the big time breeders not the big names at the top because if it werent for us foundation folks they could not right  a check for bubble gum. The big names seem to forget it,s not the duty of the membership to uphold there glory as top competitors but the competetiors duty to be a example to the rest of us.

 I believe that those that run for office wheather it be treasurer of a local club or USA president i believe they have a responsibility to be a example to us all, USA should not allow any one to hold office that has had disiplanery action on them by the BOI or Executive commettie. 

 As for Gary and Eric this is a pissing match from history as I understand but from the article I read Gary has never been made to admitt to lieing under oath to a judge.    

In the Sept/Oct issue page 80  Randall Hoadley USA Judge is under suspension?

After revuing the videos on this subject it would appear to me this was an immature act you would think would be done by a juvenile, (spoiled brat) who needs his butt kicked!

A little off topic here but I do need to voice.I was banned from the forum at Leerburgs website.I consistently went to behaviour problems and helped quite a few people out.This star system of rating there.Hmm.I quickly recieved them over a short period of time.When Frawley said to me there is absolutely no way that gsds can run together stressing the point of how many trainers he has under his wings..and basically called me an idiot.I was done!!!I was trying to help the people that couldn't afford even a local obedience trainer and discussing with them for the ones that could afford that werent happy with the results...alternative measures.

Being thrown off Leerburg is actually an honor. Ed banned me because of my 1st post there on the subject when I said there was more to the story than Mr Eisenberg had posted and people needed to wait for the court case to bring out all the facts and that USA was probably doing that and hadn't acted because of the court case. He told me if I dared defend Mr Hanrahan that he would ban me. I posted and he did. He apparently has such a jealousy of Mr Hanrahan he cannot have anything but bad things said about him on his board, not even saying wait for the court case to see what the truth is.

Randall was suspended as a judge for a good reason and that should be considered in voting

I defend Mr Hanrahan here, and this is the only board I do so, because I know the truth of the incident and all that has been posted by Mr Eisenberg and his supporters is  incorrect as the court case brought by Mr Eisenberg proved. I like to see no man lied about and will defend anyone who is lied about. Notice neither he nor his couple of supporters have been back here, on Frawley's board, or anywhere posting about the trial or the incident as they promised to do after the trial was over.  The internet allowed them to make accusations, be believed, and then when proved otherwise, disappear.

As for you Yellowrose, I do know the whole story, all of it. You were told by Joyce what to do to get the problem solved and you didn't. Rave on. Also, if you want the court records, you may contact the County Court in St. Clair Alabanma and buy the transcript with your own dollars. Or contact Mr Eisenberg who you believed and ask him how the trial turned out and if he won any point.
