registering dogs in data base - Page 1

What is the trick to registering a dog in the data base, whose patents are not already in the data base. When I rty to register a dog I get a message that the parents are not in the data base, and when I try to go back and register them, they are not accepted.

I am very sorry, but I cannot help you, either. I am having practically tha same problem. It is not that some dogs of dogs I would like to register are not in this database, but it even says so for "Argus von Aducht" and other very known dogs. I have sent an e-mail to oli@pedigreedatabase.com months back, but I have never received any answer. So, if anyone knows how to get in contact with the webmaster or what the trick is to include dogs that are not registered here, seeing as I have seen uncomplete pedigrees on this page, PLEASE HELP. I see this is not only my problem! Thank you very much in advance for your kind help!
