B/O = Body Odour? Bloody 'Orrible? Bent Orthopaedic?
I am agog to see what anyone else comes up with, including of course what it really means.

I know what it means! The dog's hips are on back order!

I could be wrong, that has happened before. The French use a different form of rating in some of their "working" dogs. Usually field labs....I believe the B rating means Fair to Borderline and the O is normal elbow.
I am just guessing based on the little knowledge I have of the french rating system...

I think it is just a messed up entry. There is a HD a and HD b, but I think maybe they mixed this with the CZ version of 0/0 etc. I could be wrong.

Is it about a dog from Belgium ?
In Belgium, HD:B is fast normal and 0,1,2 is elbows rate.
In my opinion , it means HD:B (fast normal) ED:0 (normal)
