Am new to this, but have read many things and the knowledge here is beyond me.
So I thought I would ask your opinion on this dogs lines and what people think or know of him and his lines.
He seems to be the new guy in town and is being used in I expect many matings, but don't know much about him or the dogs in his line.

Please if anything is negitive would rather be messaged, not here to cause any problems, just wanting the truth.
Thank you have a wonderful day.

Well he is in Australia being used as a stud and pups will be coming out. I know he looks grand though know nothing of his pedigree
being new lines here in our country. I know the lines already here, but nothing of who he comes from.
Thank you for your reply.

I have been puzzeled why such a fantastic dog would be sold, let alone be in my country.
My fear was he wasn't much chop in what he would produce.
I am told he is great but not totally conviced, wish I had seen the clips you talk about.
Thank you for your honest opinion, I am looking for strong nerves.
I was told here was the place to find out, am seeing my friend was right

if you put much stock on gossipy dog forum banter whether it is good or bad it reflects poorly on you.
note the word if in previous sentence.
here is something novel look at the dogs verified health credentials for dog and both parent lines, siblings, progeny whatever then go look at the dog several times over a prolonged period in many different ways eg working chilling etc. take the most experienced trainer with you if need be.
work huh, easier just to get the opinions of internet strangers?
there are a bunch of nice imports in oz at the moment as you would prolly know.
QLD'er here. good luck

Dog was campaigned in Germany before he sold..guess how well he was doing there? This is what happens when you breed for looks.

Considering this dog is mean to be great as they reckon, it makes me wonder why they would be asking less for pups and studding compared to dogs that don't have any titles at all. This was my concern. How could you ask $1500 for a service from him, sch3 titled, when the same person breeding it is studing dogs for $2000 who have no titles.
When I asked my friend who is into these kinds of dogs, she said something is fishy. The clip I tried to see but it has been removed. My friend said be careful because they don't want me to see something.
She also rang a friend who said stay clear, which I was again wondering why.
So she introduced me to this site and said to find out for myself.
She said if the dog was worth it even for showing, to check the progeny, sadly they are young and hard to tell yet what he might make. I am also wondering why they would put him to every bitch calling about him, and not pick the right bitches to compament the bitch.
My friend told me follow my gut, and even though this dog is wow to look at and I seen him and what a beautiful dog. I also wonder why the owner isn't the one out there studding him here, but another breeder who has many puppies born at his kennels. Another factor I am worried about.
My friend told me about the NZ import, but again it is the lines of what I have no idea about, when they come from overseas and names I have never heard of, makes it hard to make a judgement. That is why I have come here to ask.
Thank you Haz, your posts are what I wanted to hear, not running the dogs down but telling like it is.
Though I would of been interested in knowing the dogs behind Bruno, but seems like they must not much because no one said anything.
I truely thank you all, it is a blessing to have people of the world to ask, seeing most of the best dogs come from overseas, though not sure if they are sold to Australia.
My friend said stay away from it, but you have to admit he is a stunning looking dog. I know many of the lines here are not worth the paper their pedigree is written on, which leaves me to look for what is imported, hoping to get a great dog. Sadly I have also heard of many breeder having not done their homework and end up with problems in dog, which I have come by several time, it is heart breaking to have to put them down when young.
Though I will look at NZ due to what has been told to me, I have been searching about Bruno since he got here and even though people are saying good thing, they are not fantastic things.
As my friend says to me, if the dog was as good as they say, why did they sell it before they knew if the progeny was tested. As someoen said here, they were lookiing for a pup but didn't come across one.
I will keep up my searching I think and fingers crossed I come across what I really want.
I thank you all for your opinions and the lack of response tells me more of nothing is really out there on this dog, if as good as they say then I would of expected more comments of greatness as my friend tells me.
So back to the draning board.
Though I did get told about a breeder Vomssk9 who I need to do more work into, they use dogs from the NZ stock I noticed which I also have to search into.
I think you all again, this is an amazing site, things I never even thought of asking about come up which is a world of great knowledge.
Thank You
Michelle.

PS: I personally want the complete dog; temperament should go without saying; conformation, health, longevity, versatility very important. So I do not feel that Haz is judging this dog with the right versatility in mind. Color is last of my list.
