How do I get single line spacing in the comments of a pedigree? - Page 1

Whenever I post a comment in a pedigree, it skips lines for each sentence, instead of putting each new line right under the previous line.  It leaves big gaps under each line.
EX:
From The Kennel Club Calendar and Stud Book, Vol. III, 1876 for the year 1875:

4928. Rose.—Mr. A. Glegg's. Wright-place, West Newington, Edinburgh.

Chief Performance: Edinburgh, 1st prize.

Instead of
From The Kennel Club Calendar and Stud Book, Vol. III, 1876 for the year 1875:
4928. Rose.—Mr. A. Glegg's. Wright-place, West Newington, Edinburgh.
Chief Performance: Edinburgh, 1st prize.

You could try pressing Shift + Enter instead of just Enter.  Usually Enter adds a paragraph break (which usually includes spacing) and Shift + Enter adds a line break (no spacing).
