Wow, sounds like the e- collar was the least of the kids worries. What a horrific childhood these kids had.

The Mother should have been Jailed aong with the Moron. She is as guilty as he is
Plus give them both the same treatment as they gave to the Children

Perhaps some of this outrage should also be expressed when we see handlers abusing their dogs with electric.

My TD wants to start using e's on handlers as well as the dogs. Sounds fair.
