Does anyone know where to find a completed information for judging a show gsd.

GSDhunter, I am sure that you already examined the reference standards that are available on the upper left-hand corner of this webpage. Past that I have never seen the official F.C.I. standard in print, although I must say that I never looked very hard.
The F.C.I. standard is the true world standard. The S.V. and the A.K.C. interpret the standard slightly differently. In my opinion, the final decisions for judgement are made by the judge and often reflect his personal likes and dislikes rather than adherence to the F.C.I. standard.

Federation Cynologique International

Federation Cynologique Internationale, which resides in Belgium. It is the governing body for most National Kennel Clubs, except the KC (UK), the AKC (USA) and the CKC (Canada).
The SV is part of the VDH, which is the German Kennel Club, which is organized under the FCI. Hence FCI rules.
