you have to go back to the breeder. And get litter registrations, if you have to go back further like Registering the parents first, I'm not sure you can get papers on the dogs you purchased.
Did you purchase them with papers ?? I mean were they supposed to be registered ?
Do you know who the breeder is or did you buy them from someone else ?
maybe the someone else has the papers ?
Wow this could go on and on.
Anyone else can help on this ? I am at a loss. sorry.

Registration procedures differ from country to country. You need to contact either your breed club or national kennel club. They will tell you what you need, and if these dogs can be registered.

Unless the former owner is willing to help you this will be a major problem.

the problem is the former owner said that (the dogs came with a lot of papers but i didnt think that they r important) !!
i think that i wont be able to get the papers back unless there is some kind of a DNA test !!

Unfortunately the breed clubs generally require proof of ownership. However, they might offer some guidance as to what is acceptable. Keep in touch with the seller--- they might be essential as the last owner of record. Good luck

No one here will be able to make any worthwhile suggestions to you unless you tell us what country you are in. Next one would need to know where the dogs supposedly originated. In your country or have they been imported to that country? A DNA test will do nothing if you do not know anything about the origin and where to look for the DNA of the parents.
I assume that you are in an FCI country (India? Pakistan? just guessing) and bought these dogs without papers and now hope to get papers on them. If you are in an FCI country you can always get registry papers that do not show ancestry, but its a starting point if you are dead set on it. Just be aware that offspring out of such dogs also show nothing in the parent generation past the parent without any known ancestry.
