Please can somebody give me a list of cheap hotels or private lodging accomodation in Ulm from 1 to 4 September.

You book your hotel for the Sieger show, in that particular city, 9 months-12 months BEFORE the next show.

try www.hotel.de I made a reservation 4 months ago in a hotel 20 km from Ulm. good luck

maybe comfor hotel in Ulm has a room for you.
I cancelled 5 single rooms yesterday.
70euro for single room per night.
10 minutes by car from Donau statium.
