Now it seem that the webmaster are on vacation. So is there anyway to remove a dog and re register it. This i becaurse af the unavailibillity of the pictureupdates.

No Kim there is not a way to do that. You will just have to waite, and remember this is a Free site so they don't owe us anything. I am just glad that there is what there is. and to be honest if I owned this site, It would have closed for good along time ago with all the bickering. At least the Message board part of it...which is a shame because there are sometimes very good info on there.
