He was owned by Ed Frawley - Leerberg in the U.S.
I bred to his brother OMAR who was in the U.S. also
one of my top two litters (out of 13) EXQUISITE TEMPERATMENT--Unfortunately, the male I kept delveoped Spinal Myelopathy and we lost him at 10.5 . I still have two of HIS daughters who are both over 10 -- and withouth that problem, thankfully.

Leerburg had ORFEY v h Antvwerpa...not ORRY
Orry is a 2 time WUSV champion, sire and grandsire of WUSV champions - Tom Leefdahlhof and Eros Mohnweise, both trained by Ronny vanden Bergen of Belgium. Orry was sold to Japan, and he got his second WUSV Sieger title for that country. He is in the pedigrees of many many WUSV dogs.
I have a youngster who was sired by one of the last sons of Orry to be exported from Japan to Belgium.
Oh - lots of HD/B hips go OFA Good....some even Excellent

Hello Pineridge,
in Belgium all puppies from the same year get names with the same letter. This year all puppies (GSDs, Malinois etc.) start her names with an "E". When a breeder has three litters this year then he has three E-litters. Because that dogs from the same kennel with the same frontletter can be fullbrothers/-sisters or not.

Thanks for this information - I DID NOT KNOW THIS --
I am always interested in this type of information !!
I did know that Ofrey and Omar were littermates - and after it was pointed out - realized that Orry was of
different breeding. Thanks so much for this information.

Hello Pineridge,
I like the belgium system. When you see belgium dogs on a trial you know how old they are when you read her names.

Yes, they are on E this year....so D's [my pup] were born in 2005....the Z's were 2001...
The restriction on the female production though, has nothing to do with the BREEDER's restrictions and tax system, as they can have more than one female...correct??? The kennel club still says the female cannot be bred 3 heats in a row...
