Steve what a chunky puppy. I like that focus determined look in her eyes.  Like the name and nicer pedigree.  Good luck and have un.

Hi Steve,
I do like her pedigree very much, and what a sweet picture. She's going to keep you really busy!

Steve, very very nice. I am so happy for you that you have a puppy again. She will do great things. My Jami is now 11 months and we started sending her into the blind. She is a very caring puppy too. Intense with Schutzhund but has an off button.
Again congrates on a very nice puppy. How is your older dog doing in his training?
Always,
Cee

What a Butter Ball Steve. Her pedigree is as nice as she is cute. Good luck and I wish you the best.

What a cutie! Strong pedigree, too. Please explain the name. I thin Huis=house/haus, Van= from/von. What does the "het" mean?

"het" is Dutch.  "Van het" sometimes written as "van't" (for example my mother's surname, Americanized Van't Hof but is van het Hof).  It's just an article like "the", or the German die/der/das which become von/vom (from the).

In the title of the thread the name is written backwards.  It should be van het Basjes Huis.

Liesjers
Thanks for picking it up, I had not realised i had put it round the wrong way it is a mistake on my part, but i was concentrating on getting it on and not muchelse it seems
People here use the word van in front as a context with there name or places
I will try and change it as is correct, my other two dogs started with VAN HET meaning   'from'
but i never noticed my mistake until it was pointed out
Cheers
Steve

Just looked on the Pedigree site, i have it correct on the data base just this heading on the Posting
and putting it right sounds better too

By the way Guys, do you think she will remain as light in colour as she is, or darken up a bit
