Sadly, I bred without being titled in anything other than basic high school, and my hips weren't certified. I've had two litters...No kids sold as yet, LOL!
Darn, some people shouldn't breed!!

lets be serious ,this is the usa and you can breed what you want and people can buy what they want, however i agree humans annd dogs are different. i have owed breed surveyed and non breed surveyed dogs, the non breed surveyed dogs have done well, but i do notice a slight difference amoung breed surveyed dogs, they are strong in all 3 phases, and have excellent structure and they are healthy. im sure there are exceptions. titled dogs have been tested and trained and have reached their maximum potential. you know everything about their temprament and when you breed them you know you well get progeny that will be similar. with untitled dogs you will be less accurate in predicting what their characteristcis will be. unless you have trained and titled your dogs then bred them you will have an idea, of what im talking about. if i have a choice in purchasing a puppy now i will always choose the one out of breed surveyed parents, that is my choice. the only time i would consider a non breed surveyed dog is if the pedigree is rare and the parents old and that is the last chance i will get that blood. the hips and elbows must have been done as well.
