Can anyone direct me to a place that sells offset dumbbells? These would be dumbbells significantly weighted to one side so that a firmer grip is promoted.

There has to be an easy way to make one out of a regular dumbbell, but damned if I am handy enough to figure it out! Maybe someone will take pity on us and explain how.
