OT: Mal at War Dog Memorial

Hello All,

I've been off the PDB for a while, but I had to post this picture I was emailed a few days ago. I believe the dog is a Malinois, but there are, no doubt, GSDs listed on that memorial. I saw the picture, and I was surprised by the depth of emotion in it.

i havent seen that one. i did an image search on google for war dog memorials. there are a bunch of them.

photo journalism it its best.......a very moving photo that brings many feeling up all at once.........

You are all so welcome. When I saw this picture in an email of military pictures forwarded to me by a very dear friend, I had to post it. It was very emotional. You can see the bond between the handler and the dog, and between the two of them and those that have gone before.
