Hello,

Today I received my new puppy from Germany. In the past days I was learning from many of you on the GSD, especially how to understand a pedigree, I tried to put all I learned in choosing this puppy. Here are some pictures and puppy pedigree, Please comment on the puppy and his pedigree, I am open to hard critics.

Congratulations! What a HANDSOME puppy. I love the 2nd & 3rd photos - the bite photo is wonderful, it gave me a big smile, and in that last photo you can just see his intelligence looking out at you.

His pedigree is one I would be proud to have myself.

Good luck and as Bob says, have lots of fun with him!

I think he is gorgeous! Love his expression, looks to have lots of bone, sturdy looking little guy. Lots of titles on the pedigree. I'm not familiar with the lines but I'm impressed. Looks like you did a good job of researching before purchasing. Congrats on your new pup. Enjoy him and keep us updated as he progresses. What are your plans for him?

The one sure plan at this time is to enjoy his company as much as possible. In future I hope I can give him some training on becoming a guard for my small farm where he lives now and where I grow vegetables and fruits. You are right about his bones, they are impressive.

He's a beautiful pup. He is actually related to my pup, they share the same grandsire, V Rocky vom Haus Tepferd. Looks to have good grips too.
