I don't believe these were photoshopped, the dogs were originally barking as the bear approched.

Probably the bear was raised up from a cub. As you can see it only chose one dog to interact with. Most of the time the bears come in and see the dogs as an easy meal. But these are very cute pictures.

WOW! According to that link, this is a wild polar bear and he came to play with the dogs each evening for a week. Also others have reported seeing wolves and polar bears engaged in play. What an inspiration and hope that the possibility exists too, for all of us humans to just get along.

There is video out there too somewhere.  So, yes indeed a wild polar bear and dogs "playing"  I don't think that they were photoshopped.
