yup - gotta agree.

But here's the rub.... some folks appear to be offended by political speech, some by vulgarities, some by the deletions of kennel names.

If ya ignore the political speech, it goes nowhere, if ya chastise the people who post vulgarities, you've had your "free speech" and if you post kennel names with derogatory remarks - you invite lawsuits again the forum.... so the deletions seem quite logical to me.

NO LAWSUIT can ever be done for presenting facts that are true. That is not bash nor is it slander. FACTS with proof. No name calling or threats involved.

A lawsuit can be effective to the poster if it is inside the Internet Stalking , or INTERSTATE Internet Stalking law.

But not likely.
