Two Moons

by Two Moons on 02 April 2009 - 18:04

Folks,
Through the grapevine I have been informed that Preston, who is recovering from a knee replacement surgery,
Did last evening have his Blitz Von Batu put to sleep due to a bleeding kidney.
Preston is doing fine apart from mourning the loss of his dog.
My sympathies go out to him in his time of sorrow.

Preston we are thinking of you.
And thank you to my friend who forewarded this information.

So sorry to hear of your loss, Preston.  During a time of healing it is very difficult to deal with additional stress, make sure you take nourishment & get plenty of rest. We miss you here. I wish you a speedy recovery, & I hope your heart heals as well.  Rest in Peace, Blitz von Batu. jackie harris

Having gone through a recent loss myself this just reopens the wound.  Know that my thoughts are with you and I am so sorry to hear about your loss.  I too am healing and I think the loss of my old girl slowed me down so heres hoping you have a speedier recovery.

Hi Preston,

I will email you privately, but just wanted to say how sorry I am. It is hard enough to have a knee replacement and on top of it, loose a good friend. Take care and get well.

Best regards.

I was just thinking of Preston this week, how much I like his posts and his taste in dogs, and wondered why I haven't seen him post here in so long. My condolences, I know what it is to lose a dog you love dearly far too young.

We spoke last night and Preston's grief was quite apparent over his loss of a beloved family companion. Preston loved this dog very much and that is absolutely understandable. Many of us have endured this type of loss too many times and know it is never easy. Hopefully time will diminish the sting, and leave just the fond memories of this dog's life.

Kind Regards,
Bob-O
