maybe they dont have brushes in Romania.. hehe Or maybe they are saving her hair for winter. Looks like the guys is pretty bundled up..

The pic was at the top of the page and at first I thought she was a longcoat with a huge mane, looked a bit closer and realised she was moulting. Bet the guy holding her wishes he had all that hair instead of her, he looks frozen.

I've always said I wished we humans were covered with fur. It would make figuring out what to wear so much easier, LOL!

It looks as though she has her winter coat, AND it also looks windy where the picture was taken: note the clothing the "handler" is wearing.
I'd be questioning the blurry portions of the photo as if the "blur" feature was used in photoshop.
