I recently switched to Premium Edge Chicken and Rice dog food, Is there anyone else out there using this food and did you notice that your dogs fart alot more than they ever did? Also it it is the worst smell I have ever had to put up with. It also happened to other people who buy the food from me. This is suppose to be good food and I did my research before changing to this food, but man the smell is unbearable. I would love to hear your comments!

I had used Premium Edge for some time. I was using the fish formula. I liked the food--good coats etc. and I did not notice any smell or farting--no more than usually happens during the switch over. I stopped using the food after finding large pieces of a cutting blade in the bag of food. it was from the production line. The blade is used to cut the kibble. I called Diamond, and they said that the production line usually shuts down when the blade breaks, and they throw out that batch of food--in other words, this happens often. I was not going to risk my dogs ingesting blade pieces. Before that happened, I liked the food. Diamond's Chicken Soup was good as well, but I now do grain free.
