Well Nate,
I guess your special to Marlene. I sent her puppy back over 5 months ago and cant get a responce of any kind. No e-mail or phone calls have been returned other then she recieved her puppy and she was fine a day or two after I sent her back. As you can see by the date of her last corraspondence I have been more then patient with this matter. The lack of communication on her part I would think even you would find appaulling. This is'nt a bashing it's a fact. No one should ever be treated this way that has been as easy to deal with as I have been. Patience is my middle name.

Marty, The puppy is back and doing fine. I will refund your 1,000 when I sell my next puppy and I have three to sell from Falco and things are slow so bear with me. Marlene

It really should not have been a problem. I picked the puppy up from her trucker friend at 2:00 am some 80 miles from where I live and called her at 9:00 am to inform her that the puppy was nothing like her sister or how she described her and made arangements with Marlene to return her at the first oppertunity. I did not keep the puppy any longer then it took to arrange shipping her back to Alabama. I did not ask to be reinbursed for vet fees or meds or anything. Originally she said that she would replace the puppy if she was not to my likeing. After I retuned the puppy is when she e-mailed me that she would refund the purchase price. And as you can see by the date of her last correspondece that it is 7 days shy of 5 months.
I brought this to the board only to inform others to be aware. The reason for this board is to learn, teach and debate. Not to bash or attack or humileate anyone. Wether you are friend or foe you should always strive to treat others as you would want them to treat you.

Mahon,
I went through the same type situation with her a few years back. Very similar to your story, only difference i kept my puppy longer hoping he would imporove. I posted on this board and was dragged thru the mudd by her and her friends.
