Of course I prefer people bring the female to my dog, but I have been known to meet them part-way if I have the time and it isn't too far. Its always fun to have company to talk dogs with here in the sticks :-) I do have a contract guaranteeing at least two live pups at ten days, return breeding for the bred female or another approved female within one year should that not occur, not including cost of collecting/shipping chilled semen when applicable.
I usually offer my guest room and a couple of meals for people coming more than 6-8 hrs. drive, or flying in, to offset the cost of travel.

Cristal Champagne, fresh Strawberries, dim lighting, Isaac Hayes or Barry White playing and the deal can be closed.

Men. Minds are always on the same track! LOL You guys are too funny and predictable.
Shelley, I like your approach. Make it a nice trip and social event for the folks involved.
Hope your new job is going ok.

Any opportunity to sit down and talk dogs is good by me.
I don't start my new job till Monday so I'm goofing off online as much as I can today. Ha ha ha.
Sooner or later I'm going to have to go back in my closet and try to figure out what I can still get into after 3 mos. of sitting on my ass eating, and try to find the desk in my office under all the junk, and clean the 15" of trash out of my van so it doesn't fall out in the parking lot when I open the doors, but I'm gonna put all that off as long as possible.
