TOILETS ARE NOT THE SAFEST PLACE FOR YOUR DOGS HEAD TO BE.
FILTHY WATER AND EVEN HEALTH EXPERTS POSTED WARNINGS LAST SUMMER,,,WHEN YOU FLUSH YOUR TOILET , MAKE SURE THE TOOTHBRUSH IS NO WHERE IN THE IMMEDIATE AREA...THE FINE MIST OF GERMS IN THE WATER THAT FLOATS UPWARDS CAN CONTAMINATE THE WHOLE AREA.
KEEP THE DOG OUT OF THE TOILET.....FILTHY GERMS AND IF YOU USE A CLEANER THAT IS WORSE...
CHEMICAL POISONING CAN HAPPEN IF SOMEONE DIDNT RINSE THE TOILET...
I HAVE A FRIEND WHO LET HER MALE DRINK OUT OF THEIR TOILET..WHEN SHE BOUGHT MY FEMALE , I VISITED ONE DAY AND I GOT INTO A NICE ARGUMENT WITH HER..
SHE SAID DOGS EAT THEIR OWN POOP SO WHY WORRY.....DISGUSTING IS ALL I CAN SAY.
IF YOU ARE THAT NIEVE,,,NOTHING ELSE TO SAY. i GUESS IT OKAY TO LET YOUR BABY PLAY IN THE TOILET IF HE HAS NOTHING ELSE TO DO..?
HUBBY AND KID NEED A LESSON ...MAKE THEM CLEAN THE MESS UP IS THE BEST SUGGESTION HERE TODAY....
BEST OTHER IS TO CLOSE THE TOILET............THE DOG HAS ALREADY LEARNED THE BAD HABIT ,SO NOW YOU HAVE TWO KIDS TO UNDO A LEARNED BEHAVIOUR....

I knew someone whose GSD would ONLY drink out of their toilet until I realized how clean that porcelain bowl was compared to his drinking bowl!

I have to say, I also use a half gallon of bleach in my downstairs toilet every day (it sits in there while I am at work) because I have caught my 1 yr old bitch drinking from it. She puts her feet and God knows what else in her water dispenser, so the toilet just might be cleaner!!My bitch that lived to be 13+ drank from the toilet all the time ( I went through lots of bleach with her, too)despite having a water dispenser in the kitchen, less than 20 feet away. She was the healthiest dog ever.
