I want to relay this message on Liza Gorczyca 393 N. Decker Road, Marlette stealing one of our dogs,, this just happened last night! We got home and found one gone,, she had been calling and coming around wanting to buy two dogs from me,, I had sold her two dogs before and she did not follow the contract and does not have the dogs, so I told her that I would not sell her another dog that I did not feel comfortable about selling to her another dog.
My husband and I went over there today, not knowing where she lived, but had her address,, and she let me in,, I saw crates in the living room and slowly walked toward them and in the bottom crate of the first two I saw was my dog! Lisa had asked me why I had stopped over and I said, well I wanted to talk to you about the dogs you wanted to buy from me,, if I could see the other two at your Moms or aunts, as she said, and know they are well cared for and healthy maybe I will change my mind. So she was thinking those thoughts, I opened the crate and took my dog out saying how could you steal my dog? she said she did not that her Mom found the dog!@! What a stupid crazy whacked out lady,, please pass her name on and do not let anyone do business with her,, maybe buying a dog from her might save one, but do not do not do not Sell to her! Do not let her in your home or know your schedule or anything.. she is not to be trusted! I am angry because so far the police have not investigated the dogs she does have there yet in crates,
I saw a Bermese Mountain dog in a large crate outside under a porch by her other door with a unusual looking blk and white puppy. I think is a staffordshire bull Terrior,, inside the house she had maybe 5-6 crates, or more., I am sorry I did not check on what was in them,, but I got my dog and got out,, She them called the police and said I broke into her home and broke her door down and that some lady named Linda brought her the dog ,, not sure when. I am waiting for Tuscola county police to come again and get my full report! Sanilac county went to investigage her claim of my breaking in,,

Well if someone stole my dog thats how I would get it back. I sure hope it works out for you. You should tell them about the other dogs and have them check things out with the local dog wardens to make sure they are not on the missing list.Good luck .

Update on the Pomeranian that was stolen from my home last night, My neighbor saw someone over here at 10:30. pm, she thought it was us getting home,, and hollered over ,, so she probably stopped her from taking more of our dogs. I also found out that she was in my neighbors driveway parked at the end of it, Thursday night and was on her way to walk over towards my house along the road. He was out front with his dog and he hollered over to her what are you doing? She then came back to her car and said she had left something and had to get it,, and left. So she had been casing out our place. The police are turning it over to the Prosecuting attorneys office., my only concern is that she has some friends in dog places, humane society and rescues,, so why are they doing business with this crazy lady,, Lisa Gorczyca... I can only hope and pray that others can get their dogs back,, there were many there, I saw a Burmese Mnt dog and a staffordshire bull terrier in a crate outside at the far door,, this is a dog thief in my opinion. I can only hope that she is stopped.

Post flyer's about her around town . Stick to the facts she can not do anything to you.I had a person steal my pom yorkie mix once ,she would not give it back. I put flyer's up at her work at her mothers work every place she would go, the grocery stores outside the post office you name it flyer's went up.The cops said it was a civil matter .I leaned on her so much on the tenth day she gave me back my dog. The courts will only give you monetary damage, well if you want your dog you need to get it yourself. I even had a sit in on the road in front of her house. Heck yes she called the cops and heck yes they came and heck yes I was still sitting there after they left. I did not want money I wanted my dog.

Chipom, I truly hope that you can stop this person from doing this to other people (breeders). I'm glad that you got your puppy back, and I hope that Shannan will be able to finally get her puppy back as well as the other people. Wish you the best on stopping her. I like the flyer idea too!!!

I think that we are so lucky to have gotten our dog back and would like to further help people find their dogs, but we are not having any luck with things, why is it that she can have that many dogs, not giving shots,,etc, doesn't the county even care? Sanilac county? Don't they care? I mean it is crazy,, this lady is nuts, she is a dog collector, she buys them , steals them whatever means to get them, and who is helping her sell them,, we need to get this ring closed down as fast as we can. I would like to post more about her, like the newspapers,,etc but am unsure as to legal issues about that,, any ideas, or help out there?
She will do this again and again, until she is locked up,, and it sickens me to think that these poor animals are locked up most of the time and others out in the outbuildings. Keep her name out there, help stop others from any bussiness dealings with LIsa,,

If she is a collector. she never sells them, she collects them to keep them.

I honestly don't know how far you can go as to telling everyone about her before it would be considered slander and the law steps in. I do agree that something needs to be done whether she's a horder or stealing them to sell them herself. What ever the case it doesn't sound humane for the animals that she does have.
