Anyone that has purchased a dog or puppy from Belgium and the Netherlands (Holland); can you tell me what you paid for shipping charges to the US; preferably Florida?
What shipping company did you use? Any web-sites to visit for the logistics (shipping) of this service?

I always use Gradlyn Kennel / GK Air
I never have problems with the shipment and it clears customs in 30 minutes or less. Just used them a week ago.
If you can't find any numbers send me a pm and I'll give you a contact there.
You can call them to get shipping charges, but my guess is over 900 USD

It is currently 450-600 USD for a pup in a medium crate, not exceeding 40lbs with crate included. 725-900 for a large crate with dog/crate under 80lbs and xlarge over 80lbs is close to 1140USD. Gradlyn is by far the best to use. Good Luck.
